Oh, Behold Your Little Ones is a sacred song about children – all those we have brought into the world, and all those who have yet to come, and those who have come and gone. The text comes from scripture given by Christ Himself and is written as though He is speaking.

Oh, behold your little ones; all those whom you have received.
For all who care for one such child, in joy, receiveth me.
Oh, behold your little ones; and suffer, forbid them not!
For of such is my Father’s, my Father’s house,
And for whom the great plan was wrought.

Oh, behold your little ones; all those who await their birth.
Who in anticipation do, look t’wards their time on Earth.
Oh, behold your little ones; look up to the heav’ns above!
For in pillars of flaming, of flaming fire,
They descend now in peace and love.
